Dear AU Community,   

We want to remind you that, to facilitate the processes that take place at the fiscal year end and to ensure  timely payment, it is critical that you complete your time entries and time off requests by the end of the day, Monday June 24.Ìý

Please be sure to complete the following:

  • time entry approvals for biweekly payroll (period ending June 21) 
  • time off approvals for time requested through the end of June (for both biweekly and monthly payrolls) 

Holiday Time Entry Guidance 

The holiday calendar has been updated in Workday to include: 

  • June 19  
  • July 4 
  • July 5

Once the pay period is open in Workday, the holiday time blocks for these days will appear on time entry screens. Please note, this applies to full-time biweekly employees based on their regular schedules of 28-hours, 35-hours, or 40-hours per week.ÌýFor the holiday time to be paid: 

  • Employees must submit their time from the Enter Time screen in Workday as holiday time must be submitted to be paid, and  
  • Managers (or timekeepers) must approve the time.Ìý
