Bio
I have built a career on supporting research with technology and improving users' experiences with technology platforms. I administer AU Library's research guide platform, our FAQ, and our chat service. and I play a role in maintaining the Library website. I conduct user testing for the library and have done so for other offices on campus. I recently added Omeka S to the list of platforms I support.
