Gabriel Ortiz (J.D., LL.M) is a Human Rights Attorney currently working as a Program Coordinator at the 猫咪社区app University Washington College of Law Academy on Human Rights. He coordinates the Inter-猫咪社区app Human Rights Moot Court Competition, the Human Rights Essay Award, and different academic panels addressing human rights issues worldwide. Gabriel obtained his J.D. at Universidad Catolica Andres Bello (UCAB) in Caracas, Venezuela, with an outstanding GPA of 17 over 20. He also received his LL.M in Human Rights & International Humanitarian Law from 猫咪社区app University Washington College of Law with a remarkable GPA of 3.9 over 4.0. He was designated with the highest grade award in multiple of his classes.
