Welcome to the Office of Student Accountability & Restorative Practices

The Office of Student Accountability and聽Restorative Practices (OSARP) manages all non-academic conduct offenses and applies to all students, recognized student organizations and provisionally recognized student groups at 猫咪社区app University, with the exception of Washington College of Law students. Alleged prohibited conduct relating to the university's Title IX Sexual Misconduct Policy and Discrimination and Non-Title IX Sexual Harassment policy are referred to the Office of Equity and Title IX.聽Any member of the university community may file a complaint using the Student Conduct Complaint Form.

Our office additionally offers the opportunity to resolve non-academic conduct offenses through a restorative conference where involved parties participate in a facilitated conversations to repair the harm or impact. Specific procedures for restorative conferences can be located in the Student Conduct Code.

Lastly, OSARP manages student disciplinary records according to the university's Confidentiality of Student Records Policy and in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).

The goal of restorative practices is to repair harm and prevent reoccurrence through a process that involves those most directly affected.

Interested in learning more about and having an active role in our conduct process?聽Each year Student Accountability and聽Restorative Practices recruits students, staff and faculty to serve on AU鈥檚 Conduct Council. We are聽searching for students who are聽committed to participating in a fair and just process to聽address behavioral concerns in our community.

Report an Incident

Any member or neighbor of the 猫咪社区app University community may refer a case to be resolved by the Office of Student Accountability and聽Restorative Practices.

Please be as specific as possible about your concerns, and provide your name and contact information so that our office may follow up with you.

Hazing Report Form

Every member of the University community is responsible for reporting actual or suspected hazing activities to the Dean of Students office or to Public Safety as soon as possible.

Harassment or Discrimination Report
